The Crayons consist of three friends, D, M, and A. Together they make honest music. Music that does not hide behind post-production, behind genres, behind expectations. The crayons play live for people to not only get them to dance, but to spread a swath of innocence that has not really been connected to popular music of late. We are by no means saints or excessively good citizens, we just know what kind of music we want to make, and what kind of image and feeling we want to portray. The Crayons just want music to be pleasant and have fun doing it, and not want to worry about any preconceived notions get in the way of their idyllic musical ambitions.
