Without blowing the labels trumpet too much, what an amazing batch of recent releases! This is going to continue with a record, that I would not be surprised to see in a few "best of 2008" lists. Jason the Swamp sees a triumphant return to Rack & Ruin with his outstanding self titled record. A must.

It wasn't long ago that Megazord was playing his first ever show, well how quickly things can move on! He will be playing on December 9th at the reknowned "Bottom of the Hill" venue in San Francisco, supporting Railcars.

It's been a while since The Macadamia Brothers were mentioned around these parts, and so before announcing that you can download the gorgeous Cissura EP for gratis, I should really tell you about what he (Scott Milligan) has been up to. Well apart from creating more aural delights under this guise, he has also been working with Almonds, Cohen, under the guise The Almonds Brothers.. it had to be, didn't it.
